HSMP holder Dependants Visa Qeruy ? ? ? ?

hi I came here on old rules on HSMP visa, i came here on 4th of August as i applied before 30 june 2008 for visa and got ?HSMP visa aon old rules.

Now i have a question and i couldn't find any soultion to it yet that i have two dependants my wife and a daughter. now Tier-1 is started.

So how can they get visa means what will be the process and requirements for their visa.
1. First of all when i can apply for their visa ?
2. Should i apply under transitional arrangements for them ?
3. Should need mentaince Funds for three months for them ?
(which means i can't apply before 3 months)

4. what are the other requirements for dependants visa ???

any help will be really apprecitable.

People forum viewers read your query but couldn't respond bcos your statement are simple and clear enough. Please, endeavour to write simple and understandable question next time.

Are u in the UK or out of the UK. If in the UK, I believe some of my responses and other threads on this forum can be of help.

(1)You can apply at anytime if your visa is still valid based on the old rules if you meet the requirements as specified on the BIA website based on the HSMPForum JR judgement.
(2) Transitional arrangements - Not sure if that's in place for old rules, but I know you must be provide evidence of being economically active in the UK either as a paid worker or self employed with all registration proofs.
(3) You dont need the 3 months maintenance rule for Tier 1 but you need show proof that you can accomodate and maintain yourself with dependents in the UK.
(4) Check BIA website and see guidance notes.
