Can we apply fresh dependent visa along with extension

Hi,

Currently me and my wife both are working in UK on our respective ICT Tier 2 visa.
She is going for her extension some time this month and I want to move to her dependent visa during the same time.

Is this possible that her extension and my fresh dependent visa can be applied together or she needs to get her extension first and then i can go with the dependent visa.

And another question is do we have any passport validity rule while applying for Dependent visa from within UK (I do know in case of applying from India we need a minimum validity of 6 months).

Any knowledge or insight on the above scenario is highly appreciated.

Your passport simply needs to be valid when you apply. There is no minimum validity, not even for applying outside the UK.
