PBS Dependent visa extension

I am applying PBS Visa extension application for my wife.
Initially my wife got visa 4 year 7 months as a TIER2 dependent.
So to eligible ILR she need visa for another 5 months.
While filling the application form or IHS Fees, It is asking for main applicant visa expire date, I am confused what expire I need to give whether TIER2 visa or ILR ?

If I give TIER2 expire date it is as asking me to pay only £200 and
if I give ILR expire date it is asking me to pay £2000, so I am not sure what main applicant expire I need to give in the application and IHS fees.

Can someone give clarity please.
Any suggestions, will be grateful.

You need to put your ilr expiry date 3 years from now, ie day month 2023, to get the correct IHS of £1200.

You cannot use your tier 2 expiry date as you no longer hold a tier 2 visa.

Not sure even downloaded application form before IHS fees showing application fees need to pay £1427.20. I think even application also considering for the 5 years.
Can I know maximum PBS extension period ?
Even I paid 5 years IHS FEES and application fees if my wife 3 years visa and once she will get ILR within 1 year, can I claim the IHS money back ? Thanks

You don't get an ihs refund when you have got ilr. This is clearly stated on the ukvi IHS refund page.

The extension is for 3 years as clearly stated in the immigration rules. Unclear if you chose the "more than 3 years" option as that is likely your error.

1. I double checked after your message, actually I have my COS was more than 3 years that why its asking me for to pay for £1427.20 visa application fees ? any solution to pay less ?

2. And also can i use one email for IHS fees and another email for Visa application form ?
