Tier 2 Employer change wiht reduced salary and dependant visa process after change

Hi Experts ,

Can you please help me with the below queries :

1. I am currently on Tier 2 General with a salary of 60K for the last 1.5 years. Now i have got a new sponsor with a reduced salary of 37K . Can you please let me know whether i can change my job to reduced salary.

2. After changing my Sponsorship and applying for a new visa, do my family(Wife+Infant) needs to be change their visa or can can they continue on the previous visa till the first visa expires and after that extend in line with my new visa.

1. Should not be an issue as long as you are being paid the salary level in the SOC.
