BRP lost by courier

I applied for spouse visa. got decision letter and was advised will get my BRP after 10 days. It did not arrive. I reported to home office they checked tracking and according to tracking it was delivered but i never received it also tracking did not show signatures of any one.
Ultimately courier said that it should be considered as lost item.
I reported home office and cancelled that one.
what should i do now.
If they ask for documents will it affect if my circumstances have changed because of current situation.
Please answer as i am quite nervous now.

It will largely depend on the nature of circumstances e.g if your relationship has broken down then yes but no if your/sponsor's earning has been reduced due to cvd19 outbreak.
