full time job that meets requirements

this may be the wrong place to ask, but I am planning on within 3 years apply for a spouse visa for my girlfriend to come to the UK to marry her, I am currently almost finished with college and asking about the chances in general of getting a full time job that meets the minimum requirements within that time frame to support the financial requirement of the UK spouse visa.

I have a level 1 & 2 in I.T. And functional skills Maths & English (hoping to get GCSEs this year).

Under spouse visa route you (sponsor) must be a UK settled person/UK national and both partners must be free to marry. I guess you are visualising a very long term plan now which isn't a bad idea but ideally you should concentrate more over your studies and whenever you will be ready then make sure to start working at an annual salary of £18600 with any job role six months before of your intended date of application.
