I'm making application to extend my Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa with the beta online system.
I initially switched from Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur route and in my last leave to remain application I have proved my English (degree here) and investment (made into the business prior to switching the visa). The official guideline states that
and alsoYou will have already shown that you meet the English language requirement without the need to provide evidence, if you were last given permission to stay in the UK under Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur) or Tier 1 (Entrepreneur).
However, whilst I selected "Extension" as category of application, the online application form still asks for proof of English as well as evidence of investments, and listed a number of docs as mandatory. Just want to make sure this is not abnormal? Or is there anyway to avoid the hassle? You do not need to provide evidence of this investment if you were awarded points under this table in your last grant of entry clearance or leave to remain as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) migrant.
Many thanks!
