Tier 2 Extension

Hi there,

I am currently on a tier 2 general visa that started in Nov 2018.
The CoS says the end date is 11 Nov 2020.
My BRP is valid until 25 Nov 2020.
Hopefully my employer and I will apply for an extension.
I have a few questions:
1) When's the earliest they can assign a new unrestricted CoS to me?
2) What's the job start date in this new CoS? Is it 12 Nov 2020 or 26 Nov 2020?
3) When's the earliest I can apply for the extension? I heard it's 3 months before job start date, but would like to confirm.
4) I got married last year after I got my visa, my wife is currently on a dependant visa. Does my employer need to write anything on the CoS application?

In extension with the same sponsor, there is no much to worry about.

thanks, it would still be good to know the timeline as I am supposed to have my own wedding ceremony overseas in early September.
