ILR 5 year route - payslips requirement

Post by Smallfamily2703 » Sat May 16, 2020 10:02 pm

Hi everyone

I need some advice on the number of payslips required for the submission of online ILR application.
Do they require 12 months payslips or 6 months payslips. We both husband and wife work and we do meet the income threshold of £18600 (im adding income of both of us)

I am on the same wage from the last 3 years accept of this month as I only received 80% pay due to covid. My wife has a consistent pay from the last 7 months as she got promoted back in Oct 19. Before Oct her pay wasn't stable due to her on/off work due to her medical operation.

Please kindly shed some light on my situation.

Many thanks

Whoever is earning sufficiently may even consider to use his/her income alone & its related documents by skipping the same of other one to reduce the paper work with simplified calculations.

Thanks for the answers really appreciate...

One more last thing, on the form online... there are 2 options to choose from 1) for consistent wage/income and 2)irregular income over the last 12 months

This month I only got 80% due to covid so will this make my income as irregular. Or shall I tick option 1 for consistent income over the 12 months and they will understand the 20%drop.

Usually the application form gives 4 options where first option ask six months of payslips comparing to remaining three. Also attaching a covering letter highlighting as how you are meeting the requirement is a good idea.
