Thanks for the prompt replyCR001 wrote: ↑Sun May 17, 2020 7:30 pm1. What date did your spouse ENTER the UK?? All residnece is based on date if entry and not the visa issue date.
2. You need 3 to 6 sources spread evenly for every 3 or 4 months of cohabitation evidence. Anything in both names, letters, council tax, utility bills, TV licence, HMRC letters etc etc.
I think nobody can give any certain reply as whether will it affect or not because the word "even" has no exact definition except assumptive belief that it should remain within the range of 3-4 months. If you try to find then may find something in individual name.
Thank you for the reply seagul. I understand it is all an assumption but best to follow the guide of 3-4 months.seagul wrote: ↑Sun May 17, 2020 9:54 pmI think nobody can give any certain reply as whether will it affect or not because the word "even" has no exact definition except assumptive belief that it should remain within the range of 3-4 months. I am unsure about when to apply for flr (m).
If my wife entered the UK on 19th May 2018 does that mean I apply 2.5 years later (30 months) in November 2020 this year or do I go with the expiry on the brp and visa letter which state February 2021 (33 months).
Thanks for the info Seagul, much appreciated. I will apply close to expiry. Take care.seagul wrote: ↑Sun May 17, 2020 10:54 pmYou can apply extension anytime from 22 October 2020 till expiry.assadmah wrote: ↑Sun May 17, 2020 10:29 pmI just have one last q based on the post I created. If your personal circumstance or immigration policies including fee isn't going to change then applying very close to expiry is good option to avail the maximum length of visa.
