9.3.6. Income under Category F or Category G can be combined with income from salaried and
non-salaried employment, non-employment income and pension income in order to
meet the financial requirement. However, unlike with other Categories, these sources of
income must fall within the relevant financial year(s) in order to be included. Under
Category F or Category G, all sources of income must fall within the financial year(s)
relied on and must still be a source of income at the time of application. For example, to
count income from property rental the income must have been received during the
relevant financial year(s) and the property must still be owned by the relevant person at
the date of application.
Maybe you are working on zero hour with no fix salary which means none-salaried. If you are earning that much from your paye job then use only that income to meet the financial requirement.Blocked Username wrote: ↑Sun Feb 02, 2020 12:50 pmThank you Seagul for your time i do appreciate this, a couple of more questions for you
1. As i am going to depend on two jobs for my spouse visa, my first job is i am working through an agency been there for more than two years now earning around 20,000/year and i do get paid holidays but is hourly paid, but the hourly pay rate is fixed unless if work evening and overtime, no contract so does this fall under non-salaried or salaried employment?
Possibly not. See link below for guidance on accommodation and overcrowding. Nationality is irrelevant.Blocked Username wrote: ↑Wed May 20, 2020 1:55 pmGood Afternoon
Please Help, I'm planning to apply for a spouse visa after lockdown is over as I read here that the VFS centers are closed so I assume its best to wait. so my question is that I'm renting a two-bedroom house will this be adequate for 5 of us i.e me & my spouse + 3 KIDS (14 yo,10 yo & the (2yo is British), if not what do i do, any suggestion.
Many Thanks
Blocked Username wrote: ↑Wed May 20, 2020 2:20 pmHi, Thanks for the prompt response can I use the living room in the equation if yes will that then be enough.
Regards
A house is considered to be overcrowded if 2 persons aged 10 years or more of opposite sexes, who are not living together as husband and wife, must sleep in the same room
https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... ion-maa--2Account is taken only of rooms with a floor area larger than 50 square feet and rooms of a type used either as a living room or bedroom.
Yes living room larger than 50 square feet will be counted as sleeping room/bedroom. You will certainly have to explain your living arrangement in the application form so won't need any letter to attach. But you must have tenancy agreement and the noc letter from the landlord/estate agent.Blocked Username wrote: ↑Wed May 20, 2020 3:22 pmHI Seagul
Let me just double-check this with you please, if we add the living room will make it 3 rooms which i assume will be enough for 5 people. how would I relay this across? would i need to do a letter or something?
please help
Many Thanks
