Urgent, Entry Clearance delayed

Hi All,
I have HSMP approval and I applied on 17th of July for Tire 1 General as suggested by VFS they have given time line of around 15 days but after completion of 1 month I am not getting the decision on my application

Please suggest me what can I do in this case?
