Single mother Uzbekistan citizen with British kids

Hello all respected members,
I am mother of two kids age under 2 years old and my unmarried british citizen partner left me alone and in this relationship.
I live in Uzbekistan as Uzbek citizen and my both children's are british passport holder from father side so i want to take both of my kids to UK for living so please help me how it is possible for me to take them to their citizenship country when i dont have UK visa my self as mother .
Any advise will support me lot thanks.

i can not fit to financial criteria they are british citizen kids and i want to have good education and other health facilities so what other route i can take to get into EU or UK because my both kids are under 2 years of age and i am not rich person to fulfill financial requirement as i am single mother and hardly providing basics things of life .so what shell i do please guide me thanks

thanks it seems difficult route for uk.
is there any EU settlement route to live in Europe?with my british kids?
