PBS Dependant extension when main applicant is on ILR

I hope you are doung well

My partner is due to apply for Extension in June end. I have received my ILR last year
After reading to all the threads relates. I have started application using below link:

1. Is this link correct- https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... 1590137008

I do read threads but I was bit confused, sorry to ask again. Few questions on form

2. Which Visa or permission to stay has I have applied for or been granted?
The most suitable I can see is Tier 2 general- leave to remain

3. Next question to it has BRP ref number- It will be my ILR ref number? Please confirm

4. Length of CoS- I have to fill it according to my last CoS i.e. 3 years or less? Please confirm

5. It didnt ask anywhere that how further I want extension for. Is it automatically be given for 3 years?

Presumably you got ILR based on 5 years Tier 2 and not 10 years long residence?

Yes.

If that is what is in the options, then yes. If it has ILR, then you select ILR.

Yes

Yes, if that is what your last CoS was.

Yes, it is 3 years, as stated in the Immigration Rules. There is no discretion for less or more than 3 years.

Yes I received my ILR by 5 year route (Tier2 General).
