ERROR on Guidance Notes: Personal Details Form

Has anyone else noticed an error on the Guidance Notes for the
POINTS BASED SYSTEM FORM (VAF9 AUG2008) PERSONAL DETAILS

The error seems to be in

Part 4: Your Contact Details
4.2 Home (landline) telephone number
''THIS IS THE COUNTRY THAT ISSUED THE PASSPORT OR TRAVEL DOCUMENT AND YOU SHOULD INCLUDE THE CITY OF ISSUE IF KNOWN''

It seems to be repeating guidance notes for
Part 3: Passport Information
3.2 Place of Issue

The reason I was looking it up was because I wondered if it is necessary to submit a landline number, but found this mistake instead. At first glance thought the guidance notes were saying that I have to give the landline for the country where I was issued my passport, but then realized it must be a mistake....

yeah i noticed the mistake. its good question whether giving a land line number is compulsory or not cause in this mobile age lots of ppl dont keep a landline. and i assume BHC will be aware about this situation in India.

But its advisable that if you do not have a land line number, better contact VFS and ask them if its really required. Also post the same here for other forum users.
