Extending family members visas while applying for IRL

Post by ivan-s531 » Mon Jun 08, 2020 11:39 pm

I'm currently applying for IRL (tier 2 route), but my wife and daughter aren't yet illegible, cause they've spent less than 5 years in the UK. Their visas expire in the same time as mine, so I understand I need to extend them for a year.

The questions:

1. Am I doing it right? Does it need to be PBS Dependant visa as the last time?
2. When asked to pay IHS they require my visa expiration date, and when I enter it - it calculates 0, cause it's less than a year. What happens if I don't pay that?

1. Correct
2. Put an expiry date that brings the IHS to 3 years
