General tier 2 Dependent visa extension

Hi Team,

I am on General tier 2 visa and completed 5 year and submitted by ILR application which is in process.

I need to extend my wife visa for 2 more year and i filled the application it navigated me to pay IHS fees and asked my current visa expiry date which is 18th-June-2020 and it showed me zero pounds to pay.

What date should i keep in the application form for my visa expiry.

Put your expiry date as 3 years from date of application to get the correct 3 year IHS.

Thanks for the inputs. I have one more doubt.
My
Standard Occupational Code (SOC) is SOC 2135 IT business analysts, architects and systems designers which is in Shortage Occupation List for current year. But when i came to UK this is not part of Shortage Occupation List.

While filling my wife application there is question to Fill "Is Mr xxxxxxx work in a shortage occupation?"

What should i select Yes or No
