Replacement Vignette visa for Tier 2 General where Passport held at VFS/Embassy

Hi,
My wife applied for the Tier 2 General visa from India in the month of March and before her passport could be sent to her lockdown happened. So her passport is currently held at either at VFS or Embassy due to the lockdown. We also got to know the decision has been taken on her application. Now assuming she got the stamping and her initial Entry Clearance Vignette has expired due to 1 month time already over. Can we by default expect a Visa vignette Extension/replacement for 30/90 days once her passport is dispatched to her. Or she will get the passport without the extension visa and that she need to reapply for the same.
In many countries where VFS has now opened, I am sure others would have faced the similar situation. So wanted to know what happened in their case where VFS was opened and they got their passport with or without Replacement vignette visa.
This information will help my wife to plan whether she can immediately travel once she receives her passport or she needs to apply and wait again for replacement visa.
