She has started to generate the payslips with this updated contract of £20,800 annual Gross salary and also these 5 hours ( from 40h to 45h a week ) are not considered as any overtime in her payslip but infact considered as Basic Salary.
The total Gross pay stated on her payslips now is ( 20,800/12 )= £1,733.
If a person is working on a 45 hours a week permanent contract with a gross annual salary of £20,800, Does he/she meet the financial requirements for spouse visa ?
Is it fine if its 45h/week and not 40hours?
As per above the financial requirement can be met. The outcome of previous application won't have any affect/influence provided all key information was given correctly.mmehmood27 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 18, 2020 5:37 pmShe has an indefinite status.
Now this is the second application, so i was wondering if the financial requirement is met and if the first application plays any role in this one?
Don't let this email scare you. You may receive it again. Just let your application go to its conclusion. However, we made our first application in 2017 whereas we received an email as case no Straightforward hence after waiting for good 8 months we decided to cancell the application.
