Tier 1 (General) process timings, New application from India

Hi Guys,

I have submitted Tier 1 new application at Mumbai VFS, 11th Aug. Their official process time is 15 working days.
Can anyone inform what are the current process timings at Mumbai DHC?
Need to travel to UK in second half of Sep.

Applicable to all BHCs in India:
Average: 4 weeks
Maximum: 5-6 weeks
Worst(exceptional) case: 7 weeks
