UK NARIC registration and docs

I am a Software Engineer trying to apply for UK NARIC (english language) for UK tier2 general visa.

Question1:
I have to fill the "Professional area" in the registration page. Kindly let me know which option to select from this dropdown.
Some of the relevant options are,
"Business, Consulting and Management"
"Engineering and Manufacturing"
"Information and Communication Technology"

Question2:
My consolidated transcript shows "medium of instruction: english" at the bottom of the document.
Do I still need a specific "medium of instruction" document from the university?

You can call NARICS helpline number directly, The call is chargeable but its not much. I have similar question regarding Medium of Instruction letter. NARICS said that it should be in specific format. i.e. Name, collg name, roll no, education, year of passing should be present. I guess better call them and check.

I can confirm that you require a specific "Medium of Instruction" certificate from your college/university. My transcripts also had "medium of Instruction" written and they told me last week that even though it is mentioned we need a formal letter from the University.

You need the official letter from the university. It simply do the English test.
