Upcoming FLR(FP) visa renewal

Searching into what I have to do for my upcoming wife's visa renewal application in ca 10 weeks time.
Hi I am a bit puzzled over "conflicting" information on the visa renewal information for spouses on the 10-year route FLR(FP), I guess....

But first some background.
She originally came to UK under a 5 year route FLR (M) (23/07/2013) meeting the English requirements with a level A1 now ca 4 years old.
We applied for renewal ca 04/2016, got refused on grounds of financial requirements - which we now currently meet.
Fought it on grounds of right to private life which we won, which they contested and was then thrown out by the judge saying that their application was on the basis that they were unhappy (no error of law had occurred)
We plan to renewal on the 10-year route she is on, but I thought people on the ten year route didn't have to meet the English language test requirements.

Yet on the online application form it has these options.

Have you passed an approved English language test?

Drop down menu - Which level of approved English Language test do I require? Which shows : -

* If you passed an approved Englsh language test at a level; equivalent to CEFR level a! when you last applied, and you are applying for further leave. You need to show that you have passed a test at CEFR level A2 or higher.

Is this a mistake?

Should add due to corona virus lock down - there are no Trinity exam slots for the required level until after the time the current cisa runs out.

Other than the member's experience it can't be answered/judged correctly. Also noteworthily that those who can't fulfill the English requirement are usually be transferred under this route.

Yes, that is the problem, it seems a circular argument as we're already on the 10 year route...

Hi,

My wife's visa renewal is due in 8 weeks times. Its been about 4.5 years since we did the last one, spent 2 years fighting in the courts, what changes have occurred since then. I am reading that documents are now uploaded instead of posting them off. I.E what documents do they require, or if anyone has a link to what documents are needed and in what format .e not more than 28 days old if they need or not needed to be notified.

What's the uploading system like can you upload zipped folders, can it upload multiple files, i,e bank statement May page 1,2, 3 or does it have to be in one file?

Yes now the procedure of applying and supplying the supporting documents has been overhauled and remodeled into totally online where once you will have applied then will be directed to UKVCAS website to upload your documents and book the biometrics appointment. Also once you will apply then will be given the list of documents to supply.
