Hello everyone

I came to the uk age 13, I came on the visitors visa which has expired I wanted to know if I could apply on the basic of living half of life in the uk. I’ve been here 10 years now. I know I’ll fall out of the category by 1+ years.
Still wanted to know if there’s a chances I might be approved or I shouldn’t bother.
