Tier 2 Visa extension with Dependants

Hello

I am Currently on Tier 2 Visa with two dependants, our visas expiring on 16/8/2021 but I will have to change employer In August 2020.
We will be eligible to apply for ILR in October.

My question is do I have to include my dependants when I apply for new visa ? Or are they ok as their leave is not expiring until August next year.
