ILR downloadable forms and document checklist

Post by seeweare » Mon May 18, 2020 10:27 am

Hi,

I am trying to get a pdf document of ILR forms (both Long Residence and tier 2 gen ILR) on the gov.uk website, but couldn't find any. I understand that its all online form application but does any one have pdf version of these forms? It will help me plan better for my application.

Could you also confirm the documents checklist for
1) Long term Residence ILR
2) Dependant for LR application
3) Tier 2 Gen based ILR
4) Dependant for Tier 2 Gen based ILR

I have searched the forum here but coulnd't find any and hence the reason for this request.
Thank you.

Regards,
Ramana

Note that the old paper forms and the online forms differ a bit.

Thank you CR001 for the prompt support, as always :)

Do you have similar links for documentation checklist?

Thank you.

Document upload query - uploading new files

Post by seeweare » Fri Jul 17, 2020 5:23 pm

Hi,
I am awaiting a slot for biometrics for my long residence based ILR application. Meanwhile, my solicitor has uploaded the documents into UKVCAS portal but missed out one document. I have now uploaded the missing document within an hour but it doesn't show the status as 'submitted' against the new file. Is that going to be an issue later? The document is one of the mandatory files. I know that there may be a chance to explain this during the biometrics appointment, but i am slightly worried if this is going to be a problem.

Anyone else been in similar sitatuation? Could you please advise?

Thank you.
Regards,
