ILR Person reducing hours at work with PBS dependants on Prior visa

Post by Klopp » Tue Jul 21, 2020 7:51 pm

Hi, I wanted to find out if there would be any implications if my partner who currently has ILR via the T2 visa route were to reduce her hours at work.

My son and I are currently dependants on her previous T2 visa.

Earlier this year she successfully got ILR so she is not restricted, but would her reduction in hours cause any problems for my son and I as dependants on her previous visa.
