urgent pls read

Post by nuhayr1 » Sat Aug 23, 2008 9:12 pm

as i can see from the posts provided by vinny that absences each case is in its own merit

as for my absence of over 10 months due to studies and birth delivery so will this cause a problem ?

the public funds issue has become much clearer as well

as for child tax credit , then this is not a issue at all
and he is claimant for the child benefit which is not a problem
and also the housing and council tax benefit as whether i was here or not it would make no difference to the amount myu husband gets because of the child

also the DLA that makes no difference too

but the issue is income support
he is getting the single rate of 59 pounds and the premiums of the single sick person

but if i were to be given ilr then for sure our income support will increase
I see this being a problem am i correct ?

but we have been given letter by his medical psychiatrist that he depends on me completely for his well being and state of mind and activities of the day

will the bia take this to account ?

also the absense thing is causing me a bother even after reading the quote

pls reply as i dont have much time left now

is going for ILR the right thing to do

I am not going to make any assumptions here. Before delving into your many questions, can you say :-
  1. What type of visa do you have? A spouse visa?
  2. Your husband's nationality?
  3. Are you working? If so, how much do you earn?
  4. Have you passed the Life in the UK Citizenship test?
