I have a Doubt on Travel History
Have you been to any other countries in the past 10 years?
I should include UAE in this? I already Provided the Visa details to prove the right to stay in UAE.

What category visa exactly are you apply for? You have stated 4 different visa categories in your topic subject!!

This sub forum is not the correct sub forum for any of the visa you have quoted in your subject heading.

The question clearly asks ANY country. So yes, you need to provide UAE information.

i cannot provide an answer to the question ''When did you leave this country?'' as i'm Still here in UAE.
So i will just provide the past travel information here and mention the additional travel history in Additional information/cover letter?

If you are resident in Non-listed country, then a TB test is not required.
