Switch from Tier 4 dependent to Tier 2 (General or ICT)

Hello,

After working for 5 years on Tier 2 ICT visa, I have switched to Tier 4 dependent and serving the one year cool-off period in UK working for the same employer. Can I switch to Tier 2 ICT visa from Tier 4 dependent within UK without traveling to my home country? If I can find Tier 2 general sponsor, can I switch from Tier 4 dependent to Tier 2 General visa within UK?

You need to apply form home country for a tier 2.

You can switch from t4 dependent to tier 2 with restricted cos.
