Not all applicants, sponsor or employers are called.

Questions vary depending on your application and circumstances. It isn't a 'one size fits all'.

Thanks, just want to know what things they ask specifically to Employer, so that i make them aware and they dont messed up. like my wife name, when i married etc..

The employer will only be asked information and confirmation specifically to the sponsors employment and income.

Yes, anything relating to your job like salary, hours, bonus, employment dates etc, so far the employment is genuine there should be no problem. You can just give the employer a heads up to expect a call (which is not guaranteed). Same for your spouse relationship questions.
