Hello.
I received my ILR last April (2019). I just submitted my citizenship application online (form AN). When directed to the Sopra Steria website to upload documents and book appointments, my previous login details from last year were still saved to the site, so I clicked through and went to the Document Upload section.
The mandatory documents list that Sopra Steria is asking me for pertain to my previous ILR application, rather than the new AN application I have just submitted.
My question is this: do I need to create a new Sopra Steria profile? It doesn't appear to be linked to the new application. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Try following this:
1) Click forget password link.
2) It should send you a new access code in your email.
3) Try login back in.
Let us know if it works

Hi there.
Thanks so much for the advice and fast reply.
I have changed my password, but the documents list still appears to be the same once I log back in. Perhaps it is a glitch of some sort.

Did you receive a new access code?
Can you log back to your UKVI account and press “book appointment” from there, once rerouted to UKVCAS, follow the last post again “forget password link”, get a new access code.. and try again?

Hello.
Yes, I received a new access code. I followed the steps you listed above and the list of documents to upload remained the same. I'll check back again in a few days. Thanks so much for your help.

Maybe you need to call and check with UKVCAS then. Maybe some glitch.
Are you talking about the categories when you say list of documents?
The categories are all the same for any application as they are generic.
Can you see your old ILR documents already uploaded there??
The mandatory document is just the passport. All other categories are in “optional” (although mandatory documents also), but this is how the website works.
