I am applying for FLR(M) next week (from inside the UK). All docs are collected, but there are 3 questions left.
1. We are using combined income from different sources. It would be enough if we show my husband’s income from empl. and self-empl. but I want to show mine too, just in case they won’t count something and to show that I have life here.
Husband:
* Contracted part-time employment with one company for > 6 month (employed since February 2019)
* Self-employment 2019-2020 financial year (unaudited, done by authorized accountant).
Myself:
* Contracted part-time employment with one company for > 6 month (employed since March 2019)
* Self-employment income financial year 2019-2020, but without accountant letter as the income is low and I calculate it myself so I guess they may not count that. Or is it better not to show this at all?
Question: do we need to show self-employment docs for April19 - April20 and payslips (a letter from our employers, etc) + bank statements covering the same time? Or do we also need to show all those documents for May-July 2020?
2. I entered UK in December 2017 and my visa expires in the end of August 2020. When showing the cohabitation documents for last 2 years, do we count from the last month July 2020? Here are the documents, can you check please:
Mine + both:
07/18 - Jobcenterplus letter (I also have NINO number letter from 08/18 if that’s better)
01/19 - then there’s a gap with no docs.. But on 01/19 I have a letter from American Express with my pin code. Could that count? To make it even harder… there’s a spelling mistake in my surname in this document
05/19 - tenancy agreement (both names)
09/19 - HRMC reminder to pay tax by 31 Jan
02/20 - council tax (both names)
07/20 - council tax direct debit set up letter (both names)
Husband + both:
08/18 - electricity bill
01/19 - HRMC letter
05/19 - tenancy agreement (both names)
10/19 - criminal record check certificate (he’s a school teacher)
02/20 - council tax (both names)
07/20 - council tax direct debit set up letter (both names)
Last one!
3. There’s a question in the first part of the application saying:
Is this the first time you have applied for a partner route, or an extension, with your current partner (including as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner)
I am on a spouse visa for 2.5 years, is this counted as a partner route visa? I found replies in this forum, some say yes some say no. I would answer No. What do you think?
Many many thanks!
