Tier 1 dependent - ILR or naturalisation?

Post by kmln » Thu Aug 13, 2020 7:41 am

Hello, I became a TIER 1 visa dependent in 2015 and my visa is due to expire soon. My husband is now a British citizen and children born in the UK. Do I need to apply for ILR first or can I apply for naturalisation directly as a spouse of British citizen? My husband became a British citizen in early 2019. Thanks

You require ILR first.

Children, who were born in the UK prior to husband’s ILR, are entitled to register.
