WHV to Tier 1 - work limit

Hi
I think I have a problem. I recently returned from the UK having been on a Working Holiday Visa. I want to get the Tier1 Visa and have been in the process of putting my documents together when I've realised that I think I over worked the WHV! I forgot that I did some temp work when I first got over there and was only worrying about the highly paid job I had before I left.

Does anyone know what will happen if I apply and they find out I over worked it? Will they check? Will I get rejected or banned?? Stressing out...Please help

See General grounds for refusal. Para 320(7B)(b) is relevant to your case.

Thanks for the reply! Do you know how they calculate the work time for a working holiday visa? I did contract work - so is it by the day or week or month? If i only work a day in a week is that counted as 1 day or a week?? I can't find any info about that anywhere!
Please help again, if possible.
