Error message in "Right to Work"

Hi Team

I have received ILR BRP card around 10th of August. However, when i went to Gov website for "prove your right to work to an employer", i received the error message page after me providing the ILR BRP card number and date of birth.

Can you pls advise what i should do now

Nothing you have to do. Your ilr brp card is the proof of your right to work!! There is no need for the right to work checking service if you have the actual brp card.
