Post by muta » Fri Aug 21, 2020 6:36 am

Hi there, I am applying for 2nd extension FLR(M) and not sure how the following questions should be answered?

. Have you previously been married or in a civil partnership?
No
.Do you have any children of 18 years old or under?
DOSE THIS MEAN FROM my wife now or if I have any kids from another women?

.Provide details of the role you take in your son upbringing, including details of your parental responsibility or access arrangements

DOSE THIS MEAN FROM my wife now or if I have any kids from another women? Whether from other women or current wife answer it as it is. If need for explanation that goes into additional information section or a cover letter.

.Provide details of the role you take in your son upbringing, including details of your parental responsibility or access arrangements - Taking to and from school, play group, financial, emotional, material support and if child not living with both parents what arrangement is in place for him to see and spend time with you?
There are no difficulties to the above, answer them as it applies to you.

If you have a child that is 18 years old or is under 18 years as at the date you plan to submit the application, you should answer 'yes'.
