Change of address

Hello
I am on tier2 visa and and I found another employer who sponsor me and.I applied for new visa on June.due to Covid my visa still under process and I had to change the address to join my new employer in another city.My question is how to inform the home office about the change of address? Also,my old employer is asking for my new address to inform the home office about me leaving them.I don't want to share my new address with them Can't they inform the home office without getting my new address.
