Tier 2 ICT - Depenants

Hello Team

My wife and kid have dependant Tier2 ICT visa. She was here hardly for 20 days in 2019 and had to return back due to family reasons

Now my visa is getting renewed , She is back in home country and can not travel due to Covid with small kid to renew visa

Is it possible to renew the tier2 ICT dependent visa from home country for my wife and small kid. She ican now travel back an join me.
