Details of your spouse’s accommodation in Ireland..

Post by TryllZ » Mon Aug 24, 2020 8:55 pm

Hi,

I'm not asking for expert opinion, if someone has submitted spouse visa application I would like to know from them.

The document for Irish Spouse Visa's https://www.dfa.ie/media/embassylondon/ ... 2-0314.pdf point number 11 asks to provide Details of your spouse’s accommodation in Ireland. Can someone advise me if

they are asking to show accommodation that the husband will keep his wife in once the wife has landed in Ireland

OR

are they asking general residential evidence, for example when submitting Stamp 1/1G application evidence of residence needs be submitted.

The question I'm trying to ask is whether a separate accommodation is needed when submitting application Join-Family visa application.

CSEP Spouse Visa..

Post by TryllZ » Wed Sep 02, 2020 11:06 am

Hi,

I wanted to know if anyone has applied for Spouse Visa as a Non-EEA/EU and received it either during Covid-19 or just before it.

I need to know how much time did it take from application date till approval. I'm interested to hear from someone whose documents were complete and no further documents were asked and visa approved. I just need to know the timeframe.

Thanks.

Why not? It clearly says as of yesterday INIS started working on the application received on 22 January.
Once they started processing the application, it takes just a few days to weeks to examine all documents and make a decision.

Inis have been reviewing applications from 22 January for the last 5 weeks, so you get an idea of how speadily they are doing them
