UK tier 2 - temporary or permanent

Hello
I am in the UK on Tier 2 general category visa with BRP valid for 5 years. My mom is applying for Standard Visitor visa to visit me.
On the application , there is a question about 'What permission do they(me) have to be in the UK?' with below options:
a) They have a temporary visa
b) They are in the UK permanently
c) They do not have a visa and are not in the UK permanently
d) I cannot contact my relative

Can you please advise which option should be selected for Tier 2 General category visa/BRP ?
