No one said that. You tagged your a question, now removed, onto another members topic. The member in that topic is applying for ILE as BOTH parents are either ILR holders or British. This is not the same case as you as your wife doesn't hold ILR so your child follows the same path as your spouse and needs a child settlement visa, which is not the same as ILE.
Linked already. You are applying for a child settlement visa which will be granted in line with your spoues' visa length/expiry.CR001 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 10, 2020 11:56 amIHS is still due for the child and you will likely be sent an email to pay it. Your child is not exempt.

Refunds can take up to 6 weeks.Daniyar2 wrote: ↑Mon Oct 05, 2020 8:27 amHi,
I have filled the wrong application that we realized after paying for the application fee...We immediately cancelled the application and requested the refund. HO said that they will refund the money within 28 days and it has now been 33 days and no refund has been made. Is this normal?
How can i contact home office via phone to enquire about the payment?
Thank you very much for your assistance
