Tier 2 Restricted COS

Hi,

My employer has filed for COS approval with Home office on 3rd August 2020. It has been more than a month, but my employer is not receiving any updates in COS portal or from Home office after multiple chasers via phone and email. I would like to know if anybody received RCOS approvals that are applied in August 2020. Bit nervour as my current ICT dependent visa is expiring by end of this month.

Would like to know if there is any other way to get an update from Home office on the COS Approval.
