Hi,
Hi,
Can you send me the email you sent all your supporting documents to. Many thanks
You cannot email your documents if you have not specifically been asked to do so by a caseworker.
As already explained in your own topic you have, you need to upload your documents to the ukcvas portal!
Hi there
You can’t send them your supporting documents on your own. You have to wait for email.
Have you booked about for biometrics?
No... i don't have the option to do so
Hi there. I know it’s frustrating. Same here.
If you contact with UKVCAS about appointment. This is what they’d reply you by email.
Thank you for your enquiry.
Please see the UKVCAS website (
https://www.ukvcas.co.uk/flash-message- ... geId=74833) for the latest information on the status of our service. If you are identified as a customer who is required to attend an appointment, we will email you to advise when you can book your appointment.
In response to COVID-19 UKVI is changing the way it processes applications. This new way of working involves reusing biometrics (fingerprints) that have been recorded as part of a previous application. This means that some customers will not need to attend a UKVCAS service point.
UKVI are currently working to identify all customers eligible for this approach. UKVI has asked us not to invite these customers for an appointment. At the moment, we cannot confirm when this new way of working will be launched but we will contact all customers to explain the next steps over the coming weeks.
Thank you for your continued patience.
