Was hoping someone could kindly shed some light on a few questions on the online application form.
My wife entered the UK on a spouse/partner visa. The vignette in her passport was valid for 28 days for her to enter UK and then obtain her Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) - which is valid for 2.5 years.

The form asks, "Do you currently have a visa or leave to remain?" - Should I answer yes or not to this? Is this referring to the expired vignette or her BRP? Her BRP states Leave to Enter.

Answering Yes then asks, "What type of residence permit or visa do you have?" & asks for both start and end dates for current visa.

Any advice would be highly appreciated.

It refers to her current visa. You answer yes.

Spouse leave to remain/enter. Start date is the visa vignette start date. Expiry date is the brp card expiry date.

I was so confused if this question refereed to the BRP or not because there is a later question asking "Do you have a biometric residence permit?".

I have bank account with Barclays and all my statements are online. Was hoping to simply download them as pdf's. Would this be okay?

Also, should I group 2 years correspondence together as a single file, in groups or keep them all separate?

She will be eligible from 28 days before reaching 30 months in UK. Use the link below to calculate the date

If there is no rush or urgency, you can leave it till further date but BEFORE expiry of the BRP in October 2021. So far it all totals enough time for the next stage of ILR.

You can choose 'Family'.
Either should be ok.

This comes up usually as confusion to applicant though as per report on forum, choosing either will lead you to your goal.
