I'm in the process to bring my wife over from Pakistan spouse visa.
I am worried about 2 things.
I am in full-time employment in a permanent position on a salary basis
Issue 1: I get paid every month sometime my employer pays to be a few days before or sometime 1-2 days late, however, the amount paid matches the payslip every month For e.g For July salary I was paid on the 1st of August( While payslip says 31/7 and for August pay I was pain on 27 August( payslip says 31/08). The difference in dates is well understood by HO and should not cause you any trouble.
Issue 2: My early salary is above £30K, but my salary differs every month maybe by £100 or so for e.g In July I was paid £2342.42 while in august I was paid £2442.42. Have you traced or asked emplwhy you have this little bit difference in salary?
If anyone can advise if the above issue going to cause any problem in my Mrs. Application.
Thank you

As I have read before someone has got refused because the dates on the payslip didn't correspond with bank statement dates as HO stated if BACS was the payment method it should be straight away. I can also produce P60 to confirm the salary is way above £18600. Is that ok? Must have be an unfortunate situation for the applicant who was refused, there are firms who prepare and give you the payslips before actually paying, those who have it all OK fine, those who needs correction are then updated and given a corrected one so therefore arise difference in dates on payslips and on account.
As for the salary is different in a different month, I have checked my employer have put me on Furlough and was claiming the full £2500. As my gross salary per month is around £3125 before tax so the difference arises from the furlough.
If my employer has put me on Furlough is that ok for a spouse VISA. Yes, the HO actually recognises this.
If it is not a requirement I also don't think it can be said to be beneficial.marshal8732 wrote: ↑Mon Sep 14, 2020 1:00 pmHi
I know it's not a requirement to put P60 with the application would it be beneficial to include the P60 with the documents.
