Have you made any previous UK immigration application in the uk or abroad?

Hi All,

I am going to apply for Naturalistion application, I found below questions, is that mean my study visa (2010) and three times extended Tier 2 visa in UK, do I have to mention all these things Please advise

Have you made any previous UK immigration application in the uk or abroad?

You need to state all applications/visa as the questions clearly asks.

Once I click yes, it asking me "Name in which you made the application" is that mean my name or the visa name like Tier 2, Tier 4 etc. please advise.

Thanks for your reply, it asking ref number (is that the one in BRP card at the top) and I am not sure about the date of application, and finger print date, can it be month and year will do. please advise

It is the HO Case ID which will be mentioned on the HO official correspondence. This is an “if known” question. If you dont know does not matter. You can also use your BRP number as reference if known.

HI,

Apology if this question already answered.

Are either of the parents of the child (as stated in this application) applying for naturalisation as a British citizen on an AN form? I am applying for naturalisation after 5 years in T2 and one year in ILR. but I am not sure what to answer above question, my daughter born outside UK, she is less than 4 year old and got ILR for one year. Please advise.

Is your daughter included in your application? Does the other parent of the daughter have ILR as well?

I have submitted the application form and uploading documents, asking for passport, is it I have scan and upload all pages (including current and old passport) pls advise.

Just the passport(s) covering the residency period (5 years).

I am uploading documents and there is A letter of consent from XXX parent(s) or legal guardian(s), it is for my daughter (under 18) could you please let me know is there any format for this letter and what should be there in the content. Please advise,

Simply state two lines that both parent(s) consent to register the child as BC.
Both parents sign and date.
