Tier 2 minimum hours

Hi,
What are the minimum amount of hours I need to work per week to be eligible for ILR application from Tier 2 General? Let's say I am on Tier 2 general visa and earning £35000 per year but I am only working 30hours per week (as opposed to 37.5), Am I still eligible to apply for the ILR (after 5years)?

It depends on the soc code of your job as well.

At the time of ILR your soc code, number of hours mentioned in the cos & what you get paid you need to take into consideration + the minimum salary level for ILR at that stage. As long as you meet the above criteria with your prorated hours you should be fine.

My soc code is 2133 IT PRODUCT MANAGER.
And due to covid company wants to reduce my hours. Will it impact further in ILR ?
