Hi ,
I applied spouse visa online , so I just wanted to know do I still need to fill APPENDIX 2 VAF 4A form and SU07 as well please help me in this matter.

You do not need to fill, the Appendix 2 already incorporated into the online form.

Hi ,
I just wanted to know do we have to received spouse visa acknowledgement after biomatrices because its been one month since biomatrices but we have not get any confirmation acknowledgement from home office , is it normal or I have to contact home office for acknowledgement . Thanks

It's normal. Many do not receive anything.

Many members receive nothing at all during the whole process which is pretty customary now.
