Hi,
I'm applying for a family visa as an unmarried partner. I'm currently in the UK on a T4 student visa. My partner and I gave notice of marriage in Feb 2020, but because of the pandemic we couldn't get married after, probably not even this year.
We been living together since Aug 2018, but I left the UK for my family in April 2020 as the school closed and came back Sep 2020. My partner couldnt come with me because China issued a ban on foreigner entry due to the virus.
We need proof of us living together for the past 2 years. The problems:
1. My name is not on any of the utility bills.
2. I am on council tax bills but we haven't saved the letters and can't seem to get access to the bills online.
4. We have to apply within a week because of our particular financial proof (student stipend).
3. I have one council tax bill but my last name on it is wrong (still recognisable as me I would say)
5. We lived in 3 different addresses in the past 2 years. I'm afraid that we won't have enough to sufficiently prove all of them.
Now I have tenancy agreements, bank statements to show addresses, p60s with addresses on them, one letter from NHS. My questions:
1. Can I use statements from different banks as different proofs?
2. Do the p60s count?
3. What other documents could we possibly show?
I could really use some advice here, any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks so much.
