LTR -Where do i stand?

I have applied for my extension on 1st sep and hope i would get my extension.I now have to race for LTR,and regarding this i have a query hope some of the senior members would throw light on this issue.I have applied for my HSMP initially in Jan 2006 and i got my reference number on 31st jan 2006. But in april 2006the rules got changed. i got my approval in june2006. Now my query is where do i stand for my LTR. Is it in 4yrs catagory or 5 yrs, asin the guidancenotes before april 2006 states that those persons who have filed their application would be considered in the catagory under which they have applied. Please share u r views.
